To create Neptune Cheltenham, our store design team restored the former Parrot pub, transforming this Grade II listed Georgian property into a welcoming home for our collections. We’ve preserved many of the original period features, from the sash windows to the stone frontage and metal porch, while introducing light-filled interiors that feel fresh and inviting.
Inside, you’ll discover our full kitchen showroom, where handcrafted cabinetry is displayed in a range of styles and finishes. Alongside this, we’ve styled timeless furniture including solid oak dining tables, sofas, armchairs and storage, together with lighting and accessories to complete every room. Each space is arranged to feel like part of a home, giving you ideas and inspiration for your own.

Meet the team
Our store leader Lee, has almost twenty years of experience in retail, alongside him is our assistant store leader, Emma. Then there’s our designers Patsy and Flo who are assisted by Amber. They’re joined by our home specialists, Meli and Joy, who are here to help with everything from choosing the perfect present to selecting paint colours.
